For years, I was stuck in that same loop, dragging myself to the gym and working very hard to see the smallest results..

I was literally forced to turn my Workouts into something truly Exciting

Flashback to 2011. I was about to start my final year of college, but I could barely afford it, which meant that I faced the very real possibility of being kicked out..

If you ever found yourself in a situation where your back’s against the wall, you’ll understand exactly where I was at that point in my life.
 
I was desperately looking for any solution that would keep me in college.

And that’s when I found out about an opening on the gymnastics team. They were looking for someone with strong athletic ability and a passion for the sport. 

And since this was my only option, I knew that I had to give it a shot.

But there were two problems..
First, I had no prior experience in gymnastics. In fact, I didn’t even like working out.

Second, I was out of shape and too old to even start with gymnastics.

And as you probably suspect, the coach wasn’t excited about taking me on the team. And to make things worse my tryouts were a complete disaster, I even struggled with the basic warm up exercises. 

But I had to make it work. It was my last year of college and getting kicked out wasn’t an option.

Just when I was ready to give up, a friend suggested that I try something different..
